Spliff Reggae Hour in Sao Paulo

Yes, yes, mighty vibez of Crystral Sound are slowly taking over Brazil. Next event with Lady Krii behind the decks is Wednesday, January 11 in Sao Paulo. Every week club Sattva Bordo hosts Spliff Reggae Hour from 7 pm to midnight. So that’s the place, that’s the time. If apparently you are in this megapolis of 19 million – see you there!

Crystral sounding in Brazil

Greetings from the warm side of the world!  I’m traveling South America, right now staying in Brazil, Florianopolis, an island with almost 50 beaches. Couple of days ago I played my first gig here – it was dub event called DUB STATION taking place in cozy bar Casa de Noca and organized by italian reggae selector LDM/Lion Dub Master:

I started my set with reggae dubstep, but it seemed that people here more enjoy roots selection and early Jamaican dancehall – guys like Eek-a-mouse, Gregory Isacs, Johnny Osbourne.

After that party on Wednesday I was invited for an interview in local radio station:

I don’t have a tour here, just going with the flow and sharing reggae vibes with people I meet. Next stop – Sao Paulo, then – Rio.

Green Jungle 2011

Next Friday, September 30, is the day when Green Night returns to Vilnius, Lithuania - a lot of different events will open doors completely for free. We are goin’ to be actual sky-rocketed junglist duo Crystral Sound System and tell Lithuanian jungle scene what the wicked jungle music is.
